    Promoted to Wacc Team Lead
    Promoted to wacc team lead under the tutelage of the great Miss Eva Torres of 143. She saw that certain spark in me and wanted it to burn! Under her guidance I learned how to "put the frosting on the cupcake" ; detailing became my middle name. I was good. This is where my work ethic was put to the test, running a time consuming department full of little details in a fast paced environment

    Worked as the Women's Team Lead under the guidance of Mary Connell of 180. Really had the opportunity to hone my skills and learn how to time manage and juggle multiple tasks utlizing the help of my team.

    Promoted to Women's Ops Supervisor !! A lot like being the Women's Team Lead, with operations thrown in the mix. Really got the hang of floor supervising and learned how not to pass out climbing 3 flights of stairs repeatedly in less than an hour.

    Obtained position as Wacc Manager @ 118. This is where my spark went ablaze. My first year holding the position my numbers were through the roof! I was neck and neck with men's every week in terms of volume and penetration. We were between a steady 18 -20% penetration. Had the highest volume Wacc department in the district.

    Accepted position of Women's Manager. In my first year in women's, penetration went up to 60%! Subsequent years saw us as the highest volume women's department within the district. Under my guidance, four team leads were promoted. 3 are still in the company. Two as merchandisers and one as a Wacc Manager.

    Became Men's Manager
    Accepted position as Men's Manager. In my short time in the department I have had much success. Blew Q3 -Q4 away with amazing positive comps and contributed to our first successful comping holiday season in 2 years! My department has had visual shout outs company wide, and remains strong in its merchandising and team. My team is fully trained in utlizing restocking app, and places shipment by zone correctly during receivolution. I utilize and trust my team to the fullest!
