I graduated from St. Joseph Academy in Brownsville, Texas. Brownsville, Texas is located on the southern most tip of Texas. It is a border city connecting Mexico to the United States. -

I graduated from the University of Texas-San Antonio with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies. -
Teacher Certification
I recieved my teacher certification in grades 1-8 with emphasis on bilingual education. -
Olmos Elementary
After graduation, I became an Olmos Owl. My first teaching position was a 1st grade bilingual teacher placement. -
Spring Branch
In 2005 I moved to Houston, Texas and taught 1st grade at Spring Branch Elementary School. -
El Dorado Elementary
I returned to San Antonio in 2006 and joined the El Dorado Family as a 2nd grade teacher. -

Masters in Instructional Systems Technology

Instructional Technology Specialist
In the Fall of 2008 I joined the Ed Tech family as an Elementary Instructional Technology Specialist. I am thrilled about opportunity to work along side teachers to help them gain understanding and create a sense of ease in regards to technology integration across the curriculum. -
New Campuses - New Name
Over the years, our department has gone through exciting changes which has led to the development of Technology Services. As an ITS this year, I have aquired 4 new elementary campuses: Castle Hills, Jackson-Keller, Regency Place and Serna. I look foward to developing new professional relationships and helping teachers find a sense of ease with technology. -
