1 Dr Appt every other year. Have blood drawn, look for family history problems.
2 Healthy choices: food, excercise, sleep, not too much partying.
3 Stay safe -
Don't forget to tell doctor about anything worrysome. You are your own best advocate!

1 Dr appt's should be every year. Look for signs of diabetes, heart problems, and other things that are in my family history. Also have blood drawn every year.
2 Healthy choices are getting to be more important.
3 Learn to deal with stress, especially now that you have a family. -
1Make sure you write down things that might worry you about your health and tell the doctor on your annual visits or sooner if you need one. Health is really important right now, especially when you have a family!
2 Healthy choices couldn't be more imporant! Espcially sleep and lowering stress.
3 It's hard to find time to workout, but do it when you can. Even a walk is good! -
Don't forget to have your blood checked!

1 Make extra appts this year for colorectal cancer, testicular cancer, baseline EKG. Get plenty of sleep!
2 Make time to enjoy life. If you don't now, you never will.
3 If you take medications be sure to take them when you're supposed to. -
