Tecumseh's death during the War of 1812 weakened Native American forces, reducing the threat held by Native Americans. The lands he protected were overtaken by the United States. -

This was an event in which delegates from New England states stated their want for peace and opposition to war, they proposed constitutional amendments. -
Treaty of Ghent
This was the treaty that caused the end of the war. Settling together most of the issues that started the war to begin with. This also restored pre-war boundaries. -
Battle of New Orleans
This war was fought after the treaty but before the news of the treaty was able to reach the forces. This war ended in a victory to the Americans, boosting patriotism and changing view of the wars outcome.
