This for me was a hardship because me and my Grandma were close and we still are. This relates to Laurence because he has a sickness called Asthma and it prevents him from doing specific things and I knew that having Asthma must have been a hardship for him. -

Steeler Dies
This was a hardship for me and my family because Steeler was a sweet and well behaved dog loved by the whole family and everybody who knew him. This relates to Laurence because him and his family were having a hardship with struggling to get rid of the rat that was bothering them. -
Joined A Dance School For the First Time
This i finding my true self because during this time, I was searching for fun and enjoyable things to do and when I joined this dance school, I found something I loved so much. This relates to Laurence because he was finding his true self when helping his father get rid of the rat. By doing that, Laurence and his dad came closer together. -

First Day at a New School (Falls Lake Academy 7th Grade)
This is denying my true self because I was scared I wasn't going to like this new school because I had my friends at Hawley and not very many at Falls Lake. This related to Laurence because he was denying his true self by trying to play sports knowing it wouldnt work out. -
Joined A New Dance School
This is finding my true self because I was joining a new dance school that I have heard good things about and have had an awesome experience there. This relates to Laurence because the was finding his true self while he was reading his comic book in his bed which he likes to do. -
