Henry McNeal Turner
Henry McNeal Turner impacted Georgia by being an active politician for African American rights. After being elected into the House of he and others where expelled for being African American. Henry soon gave speech which led to him getting threats from the KKK.

Dred Scott was an African American male who tried to sue his owner,because he was in a free state and he felt that he shouldn't be a slave. After the supreme court ruled that slaves weren't citizens John Brown didn't like this which led to "Bleeding Kansas"

The Emancipation Proclamation was a presidential Proclamation issued by President Abraham Lincoln. This caused a war because, Lincoln stated that all eleven states that joined the confederacy were apart of the rebellion.
