This timeline will be similar to a blog-at-a-glance, documenting progress and questions as they happen during the program review process. As many people will be working on the implementation of recommendations, this timeline will serve in lieu of emails and scheduling face-to-face meetings.

This meeting will be one of two set up to introduce the program review and eventually close the review. All team members involved will be divided into their prospective groups and contact information will be shared.

Per Dr. Brian Keogh, self-study to commence immediately following first meeting.

After the initial results of the self-study, a written report will be presented for review and approval.

All parties agree that the data presented and recorded justifies a full Program Review to begin and implemented by 2020.

Team members will present findings from research to begin plans for recommendations and implementation plan.

Meeting set up to address any underlining issues pertaining to next phase of Recommendation and Implementation Action Plan

This meeting will mark the second phase of program review process. Any questions or concerns regarding next steps will be addressed.

This meeting will highlight the roles and responsibilities of all parties to adhere to implementations process.

From this day forth, the implementations presented in previous meeting will now be piloted and expectations for seeing change will be documented.

This meeting will be the last meeting to close review process. Discussions will be ongoing for results of implementation and new program review date will be announced.
