Alex meets a guy named Charlie who offers him an empty RV to sleep in for a while to get some money for his next hitchhiking journey. He stays in Bullhead City for 2 months and works.

Franz is an older guy who befriends Alex. They become really close with each other and Franz does a lot of stuff for Alex before taking him to his next destination in Seattle.

Finds a bus and decides to take it into the Alaskan trails with him.

Jim Gallien picks up Alex on the way to the Alaskan highway. Finally makes it there and to Alaska he goes.

Alex is found in Alaska dead in his bus. He died from frostbite and starvation.
