Ensuring all managment, confidential, certificated and classfiied (represented) employees have an active district email address will greatly enhance communication between the district and employees.

A district-created software program will allow the Human Resources office to add and delete email addresses for employees as the enter and exit district employment.

The transfer of email addresses into user defined fields in the County HRS sytsmtem and the download of that information into the Labels, Letters and Lists county system will provide a variety of work flow efficiencies.

Identify potential online application programs. Review products and select vendor.

All applications will be refeived via an online application process accessible from the District website.

Idenfity onboarding needs and review and select the best onboarding program for our needs. Develop and load content and provide staff training in prepartion for launch.

Following completion of legislative changes, negotiate changes to the evaluation procedure in the certificated Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Identify and selct online evaluation softward and provide tranining for adminstrators and certificated staff.

Implement online evaluation system for certificated employees consistent with evaluation procedures in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and current legislation.
