After 911 my husband was called up with the Air National Guard a week after our honeymoon. He served 1 1/2 month but tore his patella tendon and returned home.

Had surgery to determine if I had advanced cervical cancer. Luckily they were able to get clear margins but removed almost the whole cervix.

Hired by Social Security Administration into a Career position. My GPA with Lesley allowed me to be hired on at a GS 7 rather than a GS 5. Began training in Portsmouth March-May.

What should have felt fantastic really didn't brig me much joy

Started fertility treatment to have son due to scar tissue from surgery to remove pre-cancer

Due to complications from surgery to treat precancer/cervix was shortening. Dr performed a rare procedure which involved a abdominal incision/ the baby in utero was lifted so a stitch could be placed very high on the cervix. Spent 3 days in hospital. Ordered bed rest for the rest of pregnancy

Teddy was born by c=section during a terrible snowstorm. My husband couldn't make it in time ;( He spent 1 month in NICU

My oldest just graduated and my youngest is not yet in Nursery school.
Brianna will attend St Anselm College in the Fall and was 17th in her class at LHS ( class of just over 200) -
Routine check up at Dr's. Cervix shortening/hospital ordered bed rest. Admitted.
