This is what I call the real evacuation. We were evacuated once before, but I didn't pack much nor did I move much. The second time around I moved and packed as much as I could. It felt more real. Good thing I did, because it was the real deal. The last time I saw my house before the flood. -

My house is on the front boulevard. They would come every so often and scoop it up and cart it away. In this picture they are taking my microwave. -
