    Arpanet was created in 1969 by Bob Taylor and was created to allow computers to access and communicate with one another, instead of only having access to the same make computers.

    Bulletings allows people to communicate with other users by just sending messages to one another, also downloading different data and softwares, it also allows them to read the latest news and bulletings. Newsgroups and bulleting boards have different features such as playing various games online with others or as an indiviudal.
