  • Vocational Rehabilitation Act (VRA)

    This act makes sure that people with disabilities are prohibited from discrimination. This is the 1st civil rights law to be enacted in the United States. This act provides FAPE to students in grades K-12.
  • Educational Amendments Act

    This act provides state funding for students with disabilities. Students who receive this funding also include gifted and talented students. This act was made in order to provide for the students and families.
