    The charter of 1732 was created by the trustees.The purpose of the charter was to keep the colony of Georgia under control.The charter's most important rules are that there were no catholics allowed in Georgia. It also did not allow blacks in because they believed it would start slavery and women weren't allowed to own land. The charter was granted by King George II that established the colony of Georgia.Ther trustees could not purchase land or hold a postiion in the government.
