    Blacks, Lawyers and catholics were banned. After James and his 21 members were in charge of Georgia. Trustees could't own land or political offices and be given money from thier own work.

    The Charter of 1732 was to keep settlement under control, It prevented women from owning land and catholics and blacks from living in GA. King George granted James Olgethorpe this document. Three purposes to find GA was to help debtors start a new life, had to produce good for Great Britian, and served as a barrier aganist the spanish expansion. Two things prohibted from Ga was they couldnt pass a law unless King George agreed and No land couldnt be sold.
