On this day two teenagers gunmen killed 13 people and injured about 23. They arrived at school dresssed in trenchcoats and shot students outside then continued the rampage inside. After the killimgs they turned themselves in and comitted suicide.

9/11 was a terrorist attck by hijacking the planes and crashing them into the Twin Towers in New York, the Pentagon in Washington D.C., and one was crashed into a field. THis terrible evnt hieghtened our awareness of threats and took the lives of too many.

On this tragic day one of, if not the deadliest tsunami hit 11 countries off the Indian Ocean. Just by the end of the day their were 150,000 people dead or missing. The cause of such a huge tsunami was caused by an earthquake in the ocean.
