I couldn't decide who I wanted to research as my hero, so I just went on BarnesandNoble.com to search hero biographies. There were several that popped up, but the one that stood out to me was Greg Mortenson's Three Cups of Tea. I still wasn't sure if he was the one I wanted to do, so I decided to look a little longer.
