Henry VIII marries Anne Boelyn

Anne Boelyn gave Henry VIII another daughter who later became the queen, Elizabeth I. After Anne Boelyn was accused of adultery, Henry VIII insisted she be beheaded.

Henry VIII married Jane Seymour

Henry VIII was courting Jane Seymour while he was married to Anne Boelyn. Anne gave birth to Henry's first son, Prince Edward. Jane shortly died after giving birth to Edward.

Anne of Cleves

Shortly after Jane Seymour's death, Thomas Cromwell introduced the idea of Anne to Henry VIII. Anne was painted by Holbein but she seemed far more attractive in the painting then what Henry VIII thought she was in person. They were married but Henry was not attracted to her so their marriage resolved in a divorce.

Henry VIII married Catherine Howard

Henry VIII married Catherine Howard, an attractive young lady. During their marriage, Henry developed a sore on his leg and lost love for Catherine. He then began to write letters to Anne Boelyn so Catherine began fooling around with other men. Catherine was then beheaded.

Henry VIII's sixth wife

Katherine Parr was the sixth wife of Henry VIII. Henry died before she did in which his son, Prince Edward took the throne as King Edward VI.
