    I was born on June 15, 2001 in Philadelphia. I was the first child for my parents and first grandchild for both sides of my family.

    On September 11, 2001, Al-Qaeda, an Islamic exteremist group, hijacked four planes. Two flew into the Twin Towers in New York City, one flew into the Pentagon in Washington D.C., and one crashed in Shanksville, PA. 2,996 people died that day, making it the worst attack on the United States in history.     My family and I adopted my cat Rocky in 2005. He was a Christmas gift for my sister and I. He was a awesome pet and I will never forget him. Sadly, he died January of this year due to stomach cancer.

    Earlier this year, the Supreme Court struck a law that affected abortion clincs in Texas. The law was attempting to shut down abortion clinics in most of Texas, excluding major cities. This would fail to provide many women with help that they may need. This law was struck down because it directly went againist the ruling of Roe v. Wade in 1973.
