Work with local support groups (PTO, communit, local business) to develop plan to raise funds to support the implementation of a 1:1 program. -
Creation of Tech Team
My new school has limited technology so we will need to form a team to help develop our new technology roll out. This team will focus on a shared vision and roll out plan to work towards a 1:1 program. -
Review School Surveys
First review of surveys to better understand my new school. I will be asking constituents 1) what they think the school does well, 2) what they would like to see improved, and 3) what they expect from me as their principal. -

Each year I want to have teachers continue their professional development. I know technology will be a key focus at my new school. The annual CUE Conference in Palm Springs will be a great way for teachers to learn great ways to implement technology with their students. -
Annual Tech Plan Review
Review the success of the program and continue to promote the ultimate goal of 1:1 program. -
