Our first home computer was huge and weighed a ton, but it was awesome to have.

I learned to do excel before Microsoft Word through my husbands work computer. It was so hard for me.

My children were up at all hours of the night instant messaging their friends. Occasionaly I would join in and I must say it was fun.

I was slow at getting into email but once I did it was such a life saver.

Wow! It was refreshing to start using google as a search engine and still do today.

Used Napster until lawsuits began and realized it probably was not the best thing...it was stealing!

With a growing family and so many fighting over who could use Dad's laptop or the family computer we invisted in a nice gateway computer. Later got a Dell for the children to only use. It was nice to have my children teach me the things that they knew and I quickly started to learn more things through trial and error.

Ipods are so nice for listening to talks, books and music. I can't go running without my ipod shuffle.

Really started to use gmail and learned to later do google docs and all that fun stuff at BYU!

My sister convinced me to start Skyping to stay in touch with her and other family members.

It is nice to see professors even use Wikipedia. It sure is great.

I had to blog for my humanites class and had not blogged before.

So I have enjoyed Youtube and all the videos until it came to posting a humanities skit on youtube. I was awful in it and now the some of the world will know that I would make a terrible actress.

So my daughter made me a facebook page so I could join them in the fun. I am not really into it but it is fun to stay connected and share things with my children.

So I have this technology class and I need a laptop. I am finally ordering me my own laptop. I won't have to share with anyone.
