About 60,000 years ago,The aboriginal people arrived at Asia by sea.They adapted the to the land well and moved across the land as they were nomadic hunters that means they hunt in the wild. -
The first fleet
The first fleet had 11 ships.Each one on longer than Manly ferry.They left Portsmouth in 1787 with more than 1480 men,women and children onboard.The people onboard were British,African,American and French convicts.After 3 months they arrived at Botany Bay on 24 January 1788 -
The Gold Rush
The gold rush was a large number of gold that happened in place like Victoria,New South Wales and Western Australia.The very first gold rush that happened was in Victoria and started in 1851. When people heard about this,people quit their jobs and went to find a fortune.It was really hot while walking to Victoria. -
World War I
It started in 1914 when Archduke Franz was killed on June 28th.Austria declared war on Serbia.When other countries heard this they came to help.On Austria side was the American,Austria and British.The battle happened in Gallipoli.It happened in the sky,ground and even on the sea.The battle ended and Australia won but many soldiers died.The survivors were proud to serve their country.This day is remembered forever and it is called ANZAC day thats stand for Australia New Zealand Army Force. -
