  • Kansas Nebraska Act

    Kansas Nebraska Act
    They take a vote to decide if Kansas should be a slave state or not. The people of the state end up turning on each other and then creates bleeding Kansas.

    Dred Scott had no right to stand up to the court because he was ruled "not a citizen", because of this they declared that the Missouri compromise was unconstitutional.

    Brown and his group went to attack harpers ferry. The attack fails. The south sees what people will do to end slavery.

    Lincoln gets elected by a 40% vote because of the 3 other candidates. None of the Southern states voted for Lincoln that is why they were so mad that he got elected.
