  • Student extension requests due to teachers

  • Extension spreadsheet due to John by 8 a.m.

  • Gradebook closes to students at midnight

    Unless they've been approved for an extension, do not grade assignments submitted after this date.

  • Finalized grades export due to Kathy by 3 p.m.

  • Finalized grades approved by John/Kathy

    Unless they have an extension, students will lose access to their Q1 courses on this date and will only see Q2 courses in the OLS.

  • Gradebook closes to extension students at midnight

  • Report cards sent home

    Non-extension student report cards will be sent

  • Finalized extension grades export due to Kathy by 3 p.m.

  • Extension grades approved by John/Kathy

  • Extension students report cards sent home
