    It is the first Western-style college in India. Before that no institution was existed and to teach English. Therefore, they planned to build an institute.
    • The college now has fourteen departments teaching 47 courses. There are six research centers in the college.
    QUALITY: The aim of this project is to provide education to the people.
    COST:Government and management will provide enough fund for the construction.
    TIME:Completion of the project will take time.
  • Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)

    Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
    It was firstly used in 1926 as entrance exams for students. It help the college to assess the student’s readiness to college, so they planned to conduct SAT exams.
    • Helps to make admission decisions from the entrance exam conducted by the colleges and universities.
    • It is a multiple-choice, pencil-and-paper test, administered by the College Board.
  • Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer (ENIAC)

    Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer (ENIAC)
    It is the first vacuum-tube computer. ENIAC was designed and primarily used to calculate artillery firing tables for the United States Army's Ballistic Research Laboratory.
    QUALITY:The aim of this project is to calculate artillery firing tables for the US Army’s laboratory works.So cost is fixed.
    COST:There was enough money.So, the cost is optimized and it costs around $48700.
    TIME:Completion of the project can take time for the construction of the project because it is building for long terms.

    HSCAP Kerala Secondary Admission System
    Admission to secondary is made through a Single Window Admission (Ekajalakam) which is also known as HSCAP, Kerala. Admission procedure is conducted by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala for the admission of candidates into plus one/ class XI/ first year in the Government and Govt. aided higher secondary schools of Kerala. Selection of eligible candidates is done on the basis of merit or marks obtained in class X board examinations.

    It is an information technology project under the Department of General Education, Government of Kerala in India. Launched in 2001, the Project has remodeled conventional teaching methodologies in classrooms through the use of the project is being implemented in over 12,000 schools in the state of Kerala, An estimated 5 million students and 200,000 teachers are now part of this project, which has a network of 160 "master trainers" and 5600 school IT coordinators state-wide.
  • Grading System for Secondary School Exams in Kerala

    Grading System for Secondary School Exams in Kerala
    It is the newly introduced marking system for 10th standard examination.Those securing 90 to 100 per cent marks in a particular subject will be awarded the `A+' grade and students scoring 30 to 39 per cent, the `D+', grade. Then there are the D and E grades for those who score still less mark. Only those who secure `D+' and above grades in all the 13 papers will be eligible for higher studies.

    Quality - Quality is optimize because providing books and stationary was difficult as it was the charity funded project.
    Cost - Cost is accepted because this was a charity funded project and We had to accept whatever was provided.
    Time - Time is fixed because the ministry of education provide a certain time limit to go through with this project.

    the purpose of the project was to provide education with three major barriers which are quality, skilled teachers and practical knowledge
    Quality - Quality was fixed because it was one of the three major barriers of this project.
    Cost - Cost is optimize because it was a new project funded by two different organisations according to their own provinces.
    Time - As a project was organised by two new universities time was to be accepted according to their own methods time was to be accepted.

    Time - To execute this project on a foreign land and to find officials to help will take time, therefore, We have to accept time .
