    With an unknown exact date of composition, the Bhagavad Gita was composed sometime between the 4th century BC and 2nd century BC. The Bhagavad Gita is a major historical Hindu piece of writing involving Krishna, a prince with the name of Arjuna, war, and ethics.

    Daoism is founded by Laozi, who finishes the Tao-Te Ching (although he is not the sole writer).

    The first written records of ancient beliefs and customs come to first appear in the Kojiki, having been an imperial order.

    During the time frame 1600BC - 1200BC, the Aryans conquered the Indus River Valley. The Aryans brought with them the Sanskrit language along with their major influence on the development of Hinduism.

    By the time of the 3rd century BC, Buddhism had set its roots in Indian culture, becoming a major religion. King Asoka Maurya, reigning from (272 BC-232 BC), sent Buddhist missionaries across Asia in order to spread Buddhism and its teachings.
  • Confucianism: Qin Dynasty Fights Confucianism (221 BC- 206 BC)

    Under the rule of the Qin Dynasty, the Emperor makes an order to burn Confucian texts, along with the killing of Confucian scholars. The Emperor had strongly prefered Legalism over Confucianism. (221 BC- 226BC).

    The emperors of Ancient Japan were believed to be the direct descendants of the sun goddess Amaterasu-o-mi-kami. In 660 BC, the line of emperors began with Jimmu.
