I'm starting out in Honolulu because this city is the capitol of Hawaii. I'll be here for a few days. This city is huge! -

Ahhhhh! Hilo! My great uncle Ferris lives here. There is a volcano nearby so it's kind of scary but cool. We hope to go in a tourist helicopter and look at the volcano from above! -

Kona is a a great place to be! I did not think I would've come here. But I'm glad I did! -

Waipio Valley
The Waipio Valley is a very peaceful place! It is a great place to sit and relax. -

Got a wave today! It was HUGE! I surfed for the first time in my life! I didn't do so well though.I surfed for about 10 seconds or so. -

I woke up this morning and sat out on my hotel deck and noticed some pretty good size waves were coming in. I waited until about 10:00 to rent a surf board. When I got in the water, I saw a huge wave coming in so I got on my board and caught the wave! I was surfing FOREVER!!! -

Well today was time to say goodbye to Hawaii for a while. I knew I would come back!
