    Eat a nutritious diet to grow in the final stages of growth in the body. Avoid an excess of starch, salt, and sugars.
  • Drive Safely

    Wear seat belts in cars and motorcycle gear for motorcycles. Avoid driving while intoxicated.
  • Don't smoke/drugs

    When drinking alcohol, drink, responsibly and in moderation. Avoid partaking in illegal drugs and chemicals.
  • Get enough sleep and exercise

    Get a full 8 hours of sleep and stay active. Participate in daily activity that keeps you physically engaged.
  • Maintain a healthy weight

    Keep a good weight by exercising and watching what you eat. Building muscle is also important since it replaces your fat and does not clot your system very much.
  • Exercise Regularly

    Daily exercise routines, preferably Aerobic Exercises
  • Reduce Stress

    Make time for yourself and for relationships that are important to you. Spend time doing things you enjoy with people you enjoy.
  • Keep track of BMI and blood sugar levels

    Your body naturally become more at risk for obesity and diabetes as your blood sugar levels rise.
  • Be ready for vision/hearing loss

    Get screened annually for loss of hearing or vision so that glasses and hearing aids can be obtained before the loss of senses affects your daily life.
  • Stay mentally active

    Keep your brain mentally engaged and challenge it on a regular basis. Mental health can begin declining and this helps with that.
