The Sputnik Crisis was an impornatant part of the cold war. President Dwoght E. Eisenhower called is a crisis because the people fear the thought of the soviets haveing Sputnik orbeting around. -

The Bay of Pings reffers to the CIA's attack on Cuba in order to overthrow Fidel Castro. Although the US didn't want to get involved they did when they attacked Cuba. -

The Berlin wall was ultimately put up to keep that west out of the east. -

The Berlin Wall fell as quick as it went up. East Germanys citizrns didn not agree with what was going on and on that night in November it all went down. -
Dissolution of USSR
USSR was formally dissolved on December,26. 1991 by declaration of the Soviet of the Republics of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union. This declaration acknowledged the independence of all fifteen republics of the Soviet Union.
