The big three were represented by Stalin, FDR, and Churchill.It was decided that Germany would be divided into occupied zones by U.S., British, French, and Soviet forces. Also, no one in the allies would owe the Germans anything except minimal sustituence.

This declaration was amde to grant Germany respect.

    The big three (Churchill, Stalin, and Harry Truman) met up in Potsdam, Germany to Discuss the end of World War Two. This went on from July 17 to August 2 of 1945. Germany ended up surrendering in May of that year.
