the long march was in 1934, the nationist are almost wining at this point and the communist start the long march to keep the idea of comunisum alive. they march for about 6,000 miles. when they did the long march they were also teaching other people about the idea of comunisum.

in 1941 japan attacks pearl harbor. when they bombed pearl harbor is caused the U.S.A to get involved in the war. this was apart of the world war 2.

the U.S.A drops two atomic bombs on to Japan. after that the Japan goverment surenderd to the U.S.A Japan was in a bad estate, the bomb caused diseases that killed many.

with mao's new goverment, a new thing was to put the rich or land lords on a trial to see if they are gilty, even though they may not have been gilty they were still killed, many died if they were a land lord it would be a good thing to be poor at this time.

In 1960, the Great Leap Forward was introduced. The Great Leap Forward turns into a disaster. They tried to speed up the production of things so fast, the works got tired and they were inexperienced for the machines

mao had teenages be the red gards. they told people what to do based on mao and his beliefs. millons of teenage red gards marched around holding red books.

mao was worried about lossing suport. so to help fix that problem he got rid of all the old movies, shows, and habits. he then put the younger people in charge and gave them more power. this is also the time when the red book comes out.

mao had a close friend at this time. he had his friend arested and killed, it is to be believed the reason why he did that is becasue he wanted people to fear him.

In 1976 chairman Mao dies. His wife and three others try to take over and control, and reintroduce the Cultural Revolution. But the some communist didn’t like it and had them arrested.
