Lord Halifax heard the complaints about John Reynolds and he kicked him out of office, because of that he sent Henry Ellis in John's place. While Henry Ellis Governed Georgia the residents learned how to govern themselves.

The King wanted James Wright to be the next governor of Georgia when Henry Ellis fell sick. James Wright was the last governor of Georgia.

Austin Dabney was a slave and he fought in the Revolutionary War. He was the only African American slave who got land and some of the few people who got a federal military pension after the war.

The war started when fights between British troops and colonial militiamen started. But tensions between Britain and the colonies is what warmed up the fights. During the war France joined the colonists side and fought along side them.

This convention was going to decide how America would be governed. It took months when they finally agreed to something, but there was only 39 out of 55 signatures on the decision.
