    Germany was un happy with the Anglo-french agreement which established the (Entente 1904) and they would though to challege the French influence in Morroca. ( to break up the alliance between French and Britian but it failed to do so and streanghted their allainces

  • The Balkans crisis

    Austria annexed Bosnia-Herzegovin; serbia, encourage by Russia denouced the action; Germany supported Austria but war was inverted
  • The Agadir incident (2nd morocaan crisis)

    Order broke down in Morrocann, captial of Fez, the French goverment deployed troops to protect the Foreingners in the city. The act exceeded the agreement of (1906) and in response Germany sent out a destroyer to Morrocann port which spark the 2nd crisi. This causes an alarm in Europe. Britian retaliated and sent warship to Marocann. However, calm returrned and a small consession of territoy in the Congo was made by France to Germany and the Crisis passed

    The First Balkan War, which lasted from October 1912 to May 1913, pitted the Balkan League (Serbia, Greece, Montenegro and Bulgaria) against the Ottoman Empire. The combined armies of the Balkan states overcame the numerically inferior and strategically disadvantaged Ottoman armies and achieved rapid success.
