a lot of people choose to define success based on the amount of money they have. Now normally that would cue the lecture on money not buying happiness, however i disagree.. I see a lot of problems in society that i wish i could fix, but lack the funds to do it. -
If you want to be a famous speaker, for example, you need a broad vocabulary, subject knowledge, speech writing, voice clarity, and presentation skills. This is identifying short term objectives to achieve long term goals.
Lower self-confidence makes you pay attention to critical feedback and helps you be more self-critical. If you're convinced you're God's gift to engineering, you probably won't be receptive to feedback. Nor will you be able to criticize yourself effectively. -
Toxic people who only want to bring you down,
Age is just a number but it can way you down, if you let it, which will be something to overcome,
Negativity can bring you down because its other peoples opinions and if you let them get under your skin it can affect your success
