    95 Theses was Martin Luther's list of problems he had with the Catholic Church. Lead to the Counter Reformation. Also lead to the creation of the Lutheran Church.

    Cortez was a Spanish explorer who was determined to defeat the Aztecs. He burned his boats to ensure he stayed to finish the job. He succeeded in this, and mexico became known as New Spain.

    This was the shipping of slaves from Africa to the America's. This ended in everywhere that wasn't the Southern United States. It ended after the 13th Amendment to the Constitution was passed.

    Pizarro Defeats Incas

    The Incas had just endured a Civil War, and now was severely weakened. Francisco Pizarro had arrived recently, and had seen an opportunity. After the Chief gave Pizarro a bribe of gold and silver, and a lot of it, Pizarro killed the chief, ending the Incas.

    She was the third daughter of King Henry the Viii. As opposed to her Catholic Sister, she was an Anglican. She was called the Virgin Queen.

    Temporary settlement of the Holy Roman Empire. Created during time of religious conflict. Allowed each German Prince to decide if Lutheranism and Christianity.

    A fleet of 130 ships. They tried to overthrow Queen Elizabeth of England to make it Catholic again. "God blew and they scattered."

    It gave the Huguenots rights in the kingdom. It ended some wars. It was repealed.

    William Shakespeare was an English play writer. His plays featured much emotion and Humanism was a key theme. His plays brought the rich and the poor together.

    The Taj Mahal is a marble mausoleum. It is at the southern bank of the Yamuna river. It is the tomb of Mumtaz Mahal.
