This was the first TV my family owned. We all sat and watched a fuzzy ballet dancer because it was the only channel we could get with the rabbit ear antenna. -

Jungle Hunt, Pac Man, Centipede, all captured the attention of my siblings and I for hours. -
Walkman
Rocked out to my older sisters collection of AC/DC, Aerosmith, Stix, and a little bit of country. Felt super cool with my cheap headphones turned up on high, had to make sure there were rechargeable batteries on hand. -
Nintendo Gameboy
Bus rides for high school basketball games were never boring if you had Tetris on your Gameboy! It really blew your mind if you had the cord that allowed you to hook up with your friends Gameboy and play against each other. -
Microwave
It was HUGE. But we loved it! No more heating things up on the stove. This was a game changer and long over due. To this day, I do a lot of things on the stove instead of the microwave because that is how I grew up for so long. -
First Home Computer with AOL
Who can ever forget that ear piercing dial up fuzzy sound. My dad and I were the most excited about having a home computer. I wondered why it couldn't do the same things as my computer at school, this is when I learned about different software. -
My very own phone in my room!
No more talking to cute boys on the phone in the kitchen with mom and dad right there. I could just lay on my bed, in my room, I was in heaven! -
First Cell - Nokia Phone
This really helped my social life! Free long distance on weekends and nights, didn't have to remember my friends numbers, felt super cool on BYU campus walking and talking. -
Nintendo Wii
Now I'm a mom to three little boys and get to share my love for Nintendo with the new Wii! Wireless remote that detects body movement! -
Mac Book Pro
The only Christmas gift my husband has ever given me. I'll take it.
