Ned kelly was an irish bushranger. he stole animals and money, which he then gave to the poor. To a lot of people saw him as a hero but others belived he was bad because he killed many police men throughout his life. The image shown is called a death mask made of criminals faces after death. It was used to put on display for th puplic to remind them of the power the police had.
