Brutal attack outside EC Stoner
A student needed emergency reconstructive surgery on his face after he was attacked on campus on Saturday. The incident happened outside the EC Stoner building in the early hours and the unnamed man was left with serious facial injuries and severe bruising.

A group of 19-year-olds have been attacked on a night out during an Otley Run simply because they were students. One of the victims, a second year studying Cinema and Photography, described to Leeds Student how he arrived drunk at The Fenton pub on Woodhouse Lane having started at Woodies Ale House when the attack happened. Girl Grabbed at Bod
North West Leeds police are appealing for information after a student was grabbed by a man as she walked through Bodington Hall. The 19-year-old woman had stayed the night at the halls on Otley Road and left at approximately 6am. Full Article -
Two Arrests after Attacks
The University says it considering walking people home from campus after an “unprecedented” level of brutal attacks on students this week. In the latest wave of incidents, at least 10 young people were beaten up and two students were left hospitalised after a gang of masked muggers ran riot on Wednesday night. Full Article
