    The Mourning of Christ

    The Mourning of Christ
This painting is a good example for this style because it is showing us how people reacted to the death of Jesus Christ. The theme of this painting is filling adversity because it was the death of the son of god. What attracted me to the pictures is the angels flying over Christ while they cry. Even the angels are mourning on the death of christ.

    Aeneas' Flight from Troy
The thing that I first noticed is a man carrying and old man. There are in a mansion that some stuff are damaged. Some stuff of the house are falling apart.
There was a crying kid sitting on the floor, it showed that a tragedy was happening to there home. The home meant so much to them. They had to leave and go to another place which wasn't very pleasant.

this painting represents romanticism art, it shows how romantic the artist is by the painting. the artist expresses his emotions and feelings by how the old man is defending women from a huge amount of men.
i liked this painting because the artist made the face seem realistic while their abilities are super natural. this painting shows how strong a human can be while defending the people they love .

Ansicht des Kanals Saint-Martin in Paris,Alfred Sisley
It is a good example because it makes you get a first impression which is surprising, as you look closer into the painting you see that is blurred. What attracted me is that the picture is blured but from far away it looks clear. It is painting that shows the reflection of the trees in the water. The shadows shows the detail of this picture.

    Helios in His Chariot, Javits2000
This painting is a good example of Byzantine because it represents an anceint culture of the greek society. In the center of this painting there is the magestic king surrounded by people of the lower class.
I like this painting because of the details in it. As you can see there are different types of creatures. From the center of the painting, there is the highest class of them all. As the row gets bigger the lower the class gets.
