the center engine of the rocket cut off two minutes before it was supposed too. this did not cause any problems however and the trajectory stayed the same.

oxogen tank No. 2 exploded thus causing oxogen tank No.1 to fail. the command moduals normal supply of electricity, light, and water were lost.

the explosion from oxogen tank No. 2 caused two fuel tanks were leaking. This caused the crew to have to conserve electicity. this also caused the interior of the ship to drop almost below freezing temperatures.
