Today my summer officially started. I finished my semester at Dakota State University (DSU) and made my jounral back home to Pierre, SD.

Footage of Koda's 1st Birthday Today my little puppy turned one! We celebrated her birthday at home. My sister's and I even made her a puppy cupcake.

Wind Storm Footage & Pictures (YouTube) On June 22nd, 2015 my hometown of Pierre was hit by a huge wind storm. I remember waking up in the night to the tornado alarms going off. You couldn't see out the big picture window in our upstairs because of the heavy winds, rain, and movement. We woke up to hundreds of tree uprooted, damaged houses, campers destroyed, and roads ripped up.

Pierre, SD Fireworks My family and I enjoyed lighting off fireworks and watching them light up the sky. We do this every summer at my grandparents house. This year we let off our best yet.

More information on Custer State Park Alex, my fiance, and I enjoyed camping in Custer State Park. We visited his brother who worked in the park over the summer. We went to Mt. Rushmore, Needles Highway, fishing, and a lot more.

Colorado Summer Vacation My family, including my mom, dad, two sisters (Jamie and Madison), my grandparents, my aunt and cousin all went on a family vacation to Steamboat Springs, CO. We enjoyed white water rafting, zipling, shopping, bumper cars on ice, and much more.
