I began attending the University of South Alabama in Mobile AL. on January 18, 2009. I am majoring in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Special Education. I will graduate December 2012.

I joined the Colleges Against Cancer chapter at the University of South Alabama on October 10, 2010. It has been a big aspect of my life ever since I joined. I was voted Vice President in November . My Grandpa died on February 17, 2011 from agressive throat cancer. He is the reason I became the vice president of Colleges Against Cancer, and I will continuing fighting against cancer in his honor. This was the first death of a close family member and it is an experience I will get through with the support from all of my friends and family.
