India's Independence- Political Parties
There were two political parties created. The Congress Party which ties into the religion of Hinduism and the Muslim League which ties into the religion of Muslims. The political parties were created to define and advance Indian and Muslim civil rights. It was also created to provide protection for the upper class Muslims. After the establishment of Pakistan, the Muslim League continued a minor party which was part of the government.

This began when a bomb accidentally went off and drew the attention of the police. A list of revolutionaries names. The revolutionaries decided that since their names where in the hands of the authorities that they'd attack and as they did the over whelmed the royal guard. A group of revolutionaries led a successful revolt against the Qin Dynasty. -
India's Independence- World War I
India decided to help Britain during World War I because they believed that if they helped them, they'd gain their independence. They helped from 1914-1915. Over 65,000 were wounded and 47,746 were marked as killed or MIA. They never gained their independence after the war.

The chronic food shortages and civil arrests led to this revolution/ riot. Nicholas II abdicated his thrown and was the last Czar of Russia. This put many political and social changes into motion. -
Russia Revolution-Bolshevik Revolution
Power was being shared between the weak Provisional government and the Petrograd Soviet. Lenin led the revolution and became a dictator. The attack was nearly bloodless. -

Allowed certain political cases to be tried without a jury. Permitted internment of suspects without a trial.

Transformed the peasant society into an industrial and military superpower. Stalin pushed his rivals in the political party out of his way. Any potential enemies were either executed or were sent to labor camps.

India's Independence- Salt March
One of out of three of Gandhi's organized campaigns against Britain's constricting rule. When the tax was put on salt, Gandhi and hundreds of thousands of his followers and himself walked 240 to the Arabian Sea Coast. They began to make their own salt. The authorities found out and traveled to the Arabian Sea Coast. Nearly 60,000 people were arrested.
