First Meeting of the League of Nations
The League of Nations meets for the first time in Switzerland. The US is not there since the Senate voted against joining the League in November 1919. I think this event is historically important considering the league of nations is there until the end. they have a very important role in the this time period to try and settle international disputes and they keep popping up frequently. -
Washington Conference is held
The United States orders the Washington Conference. Britain, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, China, Japan, and Portugal come to the meeting. The Conference results in the creation of a weapon treaty that sets a ratio for guns and ships. I feel this Is important considering this is one of the first meetings in which the United States is present. this ratio will try and help make fighting fare. -

The Locarno Pacts are signed to try and stabilize Germany's relationships with its neighbors. I believe this is an important part of history because its the first time that they take a step to try and strengthen there relationships to work together instead of against. -

Final league of nations conference
The last major League of Nations conference meets from February to July 1932 at Geneva, with 60 nations, including the United States. However this conference fails to make any agreements. This is important because the league of nations pops up frequently during this time period and now has come to a stop. -
