The First Crusade created a rift between Christians and Muslims that still continues to this day. In 1099 CE knights from Europe launched a massive assault on both sides of the city, meeting at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, bringing the war to a close. Three quarters of the Crusaders' horses died before they got to Jerusalem, so in the battle many of the knights had to fight on foot.

The Black Death started in Asia, where it then travelled along the Silk Road, reaching the Crimea by 1343. The main reason the Black Death spread to Europe was not only because of the rats it was also from climate change in Asia. The plague caused havoc as it went through Asia, killing millions of people innocent people, very few survived. The Nagashino castle was under attack because it threatened Takeda's supply lines. So Nobunaga Oda and Leyasu Tokugawa brought an army of 38,000 men to relieve the siege on the castle. The Oda and Tokugawa positioned their men across the plain from the castle, behind them was a small stream whose steep banks would slow down the cavalry charges for which the Takeda clan was known. The battle of Adrianople was the start of the disastrous fall of the roman empire. The battle occurred because the Visigoths were treated horribly by the romans so they rebelled, when the Ostrogoth’s heard what the Visigoths planned on doing they joined forces with them. At that point in time the roman army was losing strength so the Visigoths and Ostrogoth’s had an advantage, which lead them defeating the romans.
