    Magna Carta

    Magna Carta, also called Magna Carta Libertatum, is an English charter, originally issued in the year 1215 and reissued later in the 13th century in modified versions. The later versions excluded the most direct challenges to the monarch's authority that had been present in the 1215 charter. The 1215 charter required King John of England to proclaim certain liberties, and accept that his will was not arbitrary.

    Ancient Ghana

    The Empire was located in what is now southeastern Mauritania, and Western Mali. The Empire grew rich from the trans-Saharan trade in gold and salt. This trade produced an increasing surplus, allowing for larger urban centres. It also encouraged territorial expansion to gain control over the lucrative trade routes. There is no sure date on when the empire began to decline, but it is said to be between 970 and 1054. The Empire was at a final end in 1235.

    Yuan Dynasty
    The Yuan Dynasty was the Chinese branch of Mongol Borjigin dynasty established by Genghis Khan. Although the Mongolians had ruled northern China for decades, it was not until 1271 that Kublai Khan officially proclaimed the dynasty in the traditional Chinese style.

    The Aztec people were certain ethnic groups of central Mexico, particularly those groups who spoke the Nahuatl language and who dominated large parts of Mesoamerica from the 14th to 16th centuries. "Aztec" (is the Nahuatl word for "people from Aztlan". They migrated into Mesoamerica in 1323.

    Christopher Columbus made his first voyage in 1492, His intention was to reach Japan, but instead he landed at the Baha,as, and named San Salvador. He did this, as he had the occupation of Maritime Explorer under the Crown of Castile.
