    The Russian soldiers that were traveling to the Winter Palace were attacked by troops and police. 13 unharmed civil rights demonstrators were shot and killed. They were killed by the British Army paratroopers in the event that became known as "The Bloody Sunday."

    Zimmerman Telegram
    The British intelligence gave Wilson also known as "Zimmerman Telegram" the message from the German foreign secretary. Arthur Zimmerman clams that Mexico would side with Germany if war between Germany and the United States. Germany then promises to return back to Mexico the "Lost Provinces" of Texas and the rest of the American Southwest.

    Germany and Russia at peace
    Germans sign peace treaty with new Bolshvik government of Russia. The terms of the treaty gave Germany huge tracts of land that had been the Ukraine and Poland. The peace of the Eastern front lets Germany move soldiers forward to the Western front, making serious problems for French, British and Americans.

  • US sings a treaty with Hungary

    US sings a treaty with Hungary
    The US signed the separate peace treaty with Hungary. It was signed on August 29th, 1921. It was signed in the aftermath of the first WW1. This peace treaty was required because the US state senate refused to approve the multilateral Treaty of Trianon.
