Japanese- Americans sent to camps
In April 1942, most of the Japanese Americans were rounded up and sent to relocation centers. This was due to terror springing up after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Some have compared these to concentration camps used by the nazis, but few Japanese died.

Attack on Stalingrad
Germany attacked Stalingrad. Soviet troops made the German troops retreat from their eastern control. Their mistake was attempting to fight a two front war against Russia and allied forces from opposite directions.
