Raye Dawn met Kelseys dad Lance and they talked for wuite sometime. They ended up having a child named Kelsey. Lance and Raye Dawn seperated and had to share custody with Kelsey. When Kelsey would come to live with Lance for a while she would always seem to come home with bruises on her. Until the day Lance left for the army things would change. -
Chapters 4-6 Pages 50-89
Lance married a woman named Ashley who would be taking care of Kelsey while he was out in the army. She ended up coming home all of the time hurting and had broken bones. Theyended up talking Kelsey to court so they could try to get cosduty of Kelsey instead of Raye Dawn and Mike who was Kelseys step dad. -
Chapters 6-11 Pages 90-149
Kelsey has been killed and the only possibilities are Mike Porter and Raye Dawn. Of course they are not gonna say anything about it. They are begining to blame Lances mother and father. -
Chapters 11-14 Pages 150-244
They begin to accuss Kelseys murder with Raye Dawns boyfriend MIke Porter. He is denying it and Raye Dawn is trying to cover up for him. The murder has not been solved yet. Lance and his family have to deal with the thought that their baby girl has yet no answer to who put her in the casket. Who would do such a thing to a poor inocent girl?
