Minli leaves her village to ask the Old Man Of The Moon how to change her families fortune. -
Rising Action 1
Minli's Ma and Ba find Minli's note and go after her. -

Minli finds a dragon tied up in vines. -
Rising Action 3
While Minli is freeing the dragon, the dragon tells Minli how he came to be. -
Rising Action 4
Ma and Ba run into the goldfish man while trying to find Minli. -
Rising Action 5
The goldfish man tells Ma and Ba his story of his life. -

Minli frees the dragon and the dragon takes her to the stream to have a drink of water. -

Minli and the dragon trick the monkeys and walk into the peach grove. -

Dragon is cured by A-Gong and his village. -

Da-A-Fu tells Minli they can bring her the rest of the way to Never Ending Mountain. -

Minli makes a kite out of the two borrowed lines they found. -

The borrowed lines turn into a bridge leading to the top of Never Ending Mountain. -

Minli finds the Old Man Of The Moonand asks how to let Dragon fly. -

Minli pulls the ball off of Dragons head and they fly back to Fruitless Mountain. -
Resolution 1
Minli returns to her village and the ball from dragon's head turns out to be a dragon's pearl. -

The Fruitless Mountain becomes full of growth and turns green once again. -
Resolution 3
The village of Fruitless Mountain becomes very rich because of the dragon's pearl.
